MAKING A DIFFERENCE
It is not about what we are doing for them. It is about what we are doing with them.
When setting out to help the community, it is easy to think that "we" have the resources and "they" have the needs. But this is not how EBLI operates. Rather, we believe that all of the young people we work with already have inherent resources and strengths. They are not empty vessels needing to be filled. Instead, EBLI works with young people collaboratively, allowing the young people to identify their most pressing issues and help devise the interventions most appropriate for their particular context. EBLI, in partnership with young people, mobilizes the entire community to action. Below is a summary of our impact and analytics data taken from continuous monitoring and evaluation of all projects and activities.
